The All-American Pressure Cooker / Sterilizer is the gold standard for mushroom cultivation, delivering commercial-grade autoclave performance to easily sterilize mushroom grain jars, liquid culture, and substrate bags at a consistent 15 PSI. Built with a heavy-duty, cast aluminum body and a precision metal-to-metal seal that completely eliminates the need for rubber gaskets, this professional-grade pressure sterilizer ensures ultimate durability and long-term reliability for your mycology lab or home grow setup.

Premium Mycology Autoclave Performance

Gasket-Free Metal-to-Metal Seal: The exclusive clamping system creates a heavy-duty, steam-tight seal without a rubber gasket to wear down, dry out, or fail mid-run.
True 15 PSI Sterilization: Reaches and holds the exact pressure required to completely eradicate competing molds, bacteria, and endospores in grain spawn and biological substrates.
Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum: Crafted for maximum thermal efficiency and uniform heating, ensuring consistent sterilization cycles every single run.
Complete Safety & Precision Controls: Equipped with a dual-read pressure gauge, an automatic overpressure safety relief valve, and a control regulator weight for hands-off accuracy.
Universal Versatility: Fully optimized for professional mycologists and hobbyist growers alike, easily accommodating mason jars, autoclavable grow bags, and laboratory glassware.

Important Shipping & Variation Note

Note: Due to the solid cast aluminum construction and commercial-grade build quality, these units carry significant physical weight. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated individually based on the volumetric dimensions and weight class of your selected unit size variant. Individual finishes or minor casting marks may vary slightly from the product images shown, but they will never impact the industrial-grade performance or sealing integrity of your sterilizer.
